Room name mash ups

Has anyone else noticed how some rooms names that have symbols or punctuation marks are no longer reading correctly, instead of the punctuation there are now numbers and hashtags in their place making the room names slightly unreadable?

Yeah for awhile now , one friend it happened to changed the room name to " where the hell am I ? "
which I thought was pretty damned funny - pardon the languages .
