Wondering how this person bought this bundle 33 times for 304 credits when the price is 9,477 credits
and I only receive 1 payment. Hummmmm

Using this to show imvu URL's but the damn help center don't work?

How do we get help nowadays?

i really don't have a clue but to say it is some glitch . 1st I'd say check your developer report page .
insert your developer ID number into the place in this link after the equal sign and before the & .
see what that says for pending credits . guessing it is a glitch and they didn't actually buy the items
which will be updated to reflect so in a certain amount of days . then again we will see .

otherwise as you stated the help ticket seems busted , have to wait it out or perhaps goto the help room
and see if you can get a live person or call/email imvu I don't know the number or address .

Yes I received the correct amount from your purchase.

The link you provided doesn't seem to work for me.

I messaged darkangel on the 1st to try and get help but haven't heard back from her.

What I would like to have is Segallion email addy so I could have him look into it, since
I can't use the help link as it's been down for who knows how long.

I just need a way to contact someone from imvu so I can deal with the problem.

And it's not just me losing out all the others in the bundle as well.

Oh and it's a holiday weekend. :roll:

Well what did I expect.

Anyway in IE help center wouldn't load so finally I tried in google chrome and help center loaded.

Now the waiting game begins...

I could be wrong and sorry I haven't been very helpful but. .
To me it reads they think you aren't the owner of the dev account not the buyer account.
It really wouldn't make sense to me that they'd need the buyer to contact them for any reasons.
The question therein is how or why would IMVU assume you aren't the owner of the dev account in question?
Like none of my business but if you don't mind me asking what exactly did you say to them?
