Question about "All Derivations" of a Mesh

Post by Sui2 » Sat Aug 12, 2017 2:58 pm

Hey everyone.

Im wondering something for a while now.

When check "All Derivations" from a Mesh! it only shows the Products that have derived from the Mesh directly.

When some of the People who derived it set their Version derivable and they also get Derivations,
those arent showing when i search like explained above.

After all, there is no Option to actually see each and every Derivation with one Search?

Is that correct?

since a Year or something there is a Button called Products like this.
What does it do, where is the Difference between using this and following the derive chain and then use the Derivations Button?

Hey hun :3 *hugs*

As far as i know, there is not a quick way of finding out all the products that are derived from more than just 1 product at a time, so even in this case when they are derives of derives.

And yes, the "Products like this" button actually is a one-click way of seeing all the derives of the current product's derived from. So yeah its basically the same as clicking on the Derived from product, and then clicking on Derivations.
