The DANGER!!! of ADULT CONTENT!!!

Post by MandaMarie » Thu Apr 20, 2017 4:53 pm

Wow, powerful words yes? I could only imagine an article like that in the news or on T.V. Would be interesting for sure. :) Yes, yes, that was click bait. We all have come to know it sometimes well. But wait! Don't leave yet, read on to hear a little on this topic still.

Yes, I make adult content. Mostly just images of IMVU models. Images I find rather fun to make at times. Like a mouse is my pencil. ^^ It can be easily viewable in a few easy to find places, but I will not advertise here in this article. My point is this. My stuff is fairly tame for what's easily searchable on the internet. Every age can access it too. Maybe you found this article from a site that's sole purpose is dedicated to a game called IMVU. Other sites as well people use and associate with IMVU and their life there. But is it decent content for someone under the age of 18? Well, I think not, that's why I am putting together this article.

Let's look at steps you might be able to take, to keep those not suitable images a little harder to view. That's right, adult settings. I use a Windows computer, and I know it has them. I have no children though, so I never used them. I think you have them as well. We should check.

Please read, browse, or take in the fact, that it's about Parental Controls on a personal computer. Then I will meet you back here, once you have done that.

Wow okay, so what I see there is I can set a lot of stuff up. That's just on Windows 7. Imagine what a Mac has. I don't know I don't own one, but I bet it's easy to find like it was for Windows 7. Even Windows XP had stuff like this. Now imagine what you could block from under 18-year-olds with these options, on an Android smartphone or tablet.

We may never see a really really good article titled "The DANGER!!! of ADULT CONTENT!!!" Heck, maybe there already is an article on that somewhere. I never had to check. What about you?

Imagine if you knew about this website here, called StaySafeOnline.org

Are you not yet 18 years old? I think you should talk to your parents about this post here. See what they have to say about it, I know for sure, that would make them really really happy too. Like, they might get you ice cream, or even a new iPhone. Haha, that would be awesome, eh?

Your humble internet neighbor,
♡M
