I've lost count on how many times the moderators had to post that comment in Discussions, just because it's merged with the help center and people are posting their personal info such as e-mails and passwords in public.

That's one of the drawbacks to the Discussion Boards.....people don't know what to click on to file a ticket because everything has been merged. I do understand that IMVU is trying to have things more streamline and easy to access, however the way they went about it was not best way. The Help Center needs to be separated from the Discussions.
