Does anyone know whats going on?

Hello, its now been 36 hours since i was las able to enjoy IMFU.
seems they broke something, nothing new there. i can not log in online to account page to get to support help.
when i log into imvu i have no friends, cannot access room, create, message or delete the millions of messages im getting or read them if im on for more than 2 min i crash out oh and shop doesnt work its error message after error message. has anyone heard anythign?

it's tot he point i cant even log in threw the web page to message friends or contact support i even went to far as try to make a new avi just to go let my customers who have orders waiting know whats going on. and thats not working either. they must have some major issue but what i dont get ie why only effecting some of us and not all.

My guess is that something happened to their servers. But we'll see.

still can't acess anything and support keeps telling me th problem has been fixed keep sending in tickets is all i can do unless someone else has an idea

It has been a week with this issue now, and it starts to strain even friendships. Well done, IMVU.

Well, I cannot log into the website or the client.....Good thing I have Google Hangouts to chat with friends. Nonsense like this is why IMVU needs focus more on their server space and fixing and updating the client. I understand the need for Next and the mobile, but as far I am concerned, those things are secondary. Focus on the client and expanding server space and then when those are stable, then focus on Next and the Mobile.

The website (imvu.com) doesn't load for me at all as a whole right now.

There was a little rumor floating about that IMVU was hacked but I am not going to play into the paranoia on that.
It could be IMVU is gearing up for their next update for EXCITING AND NEW FEATURES! :|

That's what I've been suspecting. More future broken features to hoard instead of doing their job in improving the original site. Usually all these glitches in numbers precede that.

The replies that the staff has given to the upset users feeds the image that we're their cash cows, nothing more...
