Rate the IMVU staff competency

Use 1-10 as a scale and tell us why. These are not the official forums so the criticism is allowed, and I'm curious.

I feel like this at times too. I think some IMVU users are more qualified to work for IMVU...

I have to agree with Zara, a BIG fat Zero....Things have changed, and so have the people.
No more "VIP" gets the fastest answers....cause ya know what? Even THEY don't know.
Its become a circus....

It would only have been the most prudent move to make those who love imvu - users who put in the time etc etc . employees .
After all they would represent as a user with good standings - the users . Unlike those who have these fantastic ideas to make
more money and we all know how that's been working for em .

Notorious said it well where there is no communication and the direction is every which way no one knows whats going on .

They are just people and in so highly flawed to say aren't as bad as we love to hate them .
As for direction of imvu they are 0 . As for me getting help when needed they get a 10 .
All though I'd have to test that more as my requests for help are a few in 10 years .
Muah X Meow ^,.^~! TTFN

I haven't had any interaction with staff in quite a while. I also haven't been ON IMVU except occasional checking in since they changed the forum. That said, I can't really *rate* anybody. ;) The few times I've ever had to contact someone via help ticket it was years ago and I had a pretty quick and satisfactory response.

I was wondering how often do you all (in a general sense) have interactions with staff? Is it consistent?

I mean, a big zero does not bode well...

I've had no bigger problems in interacting with staff, actually. Help tickets have gotten me what I wanted/needed. It's the direction or development that doesn't satisfy me.

There is staff ? Where ? I dont see any on the boards, only a / some lost mods who always reply on every problem "send a help ticket ", thats easy. Staff doesnt even try no more, i guess they got fed up with the discussionboards as well lol, they are way less active than they supposed to be.

Dealing with CS has always been fine for me. I explain what I want, I am super nice to them and I've never had issues.

Dealing with Shannon, Jeff etc I find an absolute waste of time...its 100% pointless. You get a standard pile of crap answer, fobbed off and then ignored. They never follow through on the issues and apparently everything is working the way it was designed to work :?
