The new inproved Help...
https://help.imvu.com/apex/IMVUCommunit ... upportHome

It is wonky so be patient.

If you use LIVE help - be sure to file a ticket too in case you need it escalated.

ALSO save the live chat. There is a button on the top left to do this.

They do not send you emails or generate tickets anymore.

"Customer Service" is just a name they use to give IMVU Users a false sense of security. They don't actually "serve" the community. They can fix small things, but major things they can't do a thing with (if they can comprehend what you are asking them, even). I don't know that anyone from Live Help actually USES IMVU....

It is really rather tragic.

No matter how bad the 'service' was, they were able to transfer larger amounts of credits.
With that gone, I have no clue what to do now.

Did you click on Submit A Case?

Everyone can file a "help" ticket.

Where?
I had the feeling that that would become visible for the entire community!

before it was asking me if I was from imvu to log in from there, guess something was bad there, and imvu is keep changing my info to a female on my display card, I know where to change it but it keeps coming back, I even ask for help , but keep coming back. so I will leave it like that..
I guess I need a new DP.

Been there...been through that....

I think the glitch is happening to a lot of people. If it bugs you, I guess you have to hide it for now.

Mine seems to be sticking for now tho.
