This Forum is making requests for new Derivable Meshes to be made.
(If you are looking to purchase a mesh there are other venues that specialize in those kinds of transactions.)
Your Thread Title should include what type of mesh is being wanted. Clothing, Hair, Room, Furniture, Pose, Particle, Etc. so meshers can quickly skim the forum and find requests in their area of expertise.
Good: I need a new club room
Bad: I have a great idea for a new mesh
Be as descriptive as you can in your post as to what you want, illustrative doodles, images and links to inspirations really help.
The mesh created must be for a new Derivable Mesh that will be uploaded to the Mesh Makers Catalog.
Do not request anyone to Copy anything that already exists.
Do no request anyone to make Copyrighted or Trademarked content.
You can not ask for only a specific creator to make something. If you want a specific creator, you should message them privately instead.
No 'calling' of projects, if two or more want to take it on well then we will just have more options when deriving!
Likewise all ideas shared are shared knowing that anyone may come along make the idea. Do not post your idea here if you want it to be exclusive. All eyes will be on it, all eyes may want to make it.
Ideally no payment should be needed or expected other than a hearty thanks and derives of the mesh created.
We do not support the practice of paying for mesh requests. Any such arrangements must be made privately and are at your own risk.
We will not arbitrate or discipline for any payment deal gone wrong. If you choose to go that route, you are on your own.
Be Patient, not every mesher can make or will want to make every idea, it may take a while.
Don't get bent if no one takes on your project. Meshers are busy people who tend to have a backlog of people asking for things to be made.
Be realistic, Some ideas while on paper look grand, but in IMVU's reality, are not freezable, keep IMVU's limitations in mind when making requests.
A mesher taking on a request is not a binding contract. They may not make exactly what you wanted or may not come through at all.
