Re: Decades of Beauty (playlist)

I found some retro stuff to add, so there are you go. :D

The name of playlist is Decades of Beauty, but I feel so tempted to add the videos exploring further in the history as well, but then I wonder if I should change the name as History of Beauty.

Re: The cure for racism

What I do know is that when racism is truly out of sight and out of mind, you feel like you we can like human to human and the word "racism" doesn't even cross our minds. Thankfully, I've had such moments.

History of Beauty (playlist)

I put this playlist together some time ago, though I suspect that there's more to add to it yet. You can suggest a video to add if you like.

Enjoy.

Re: Which Fashionable Decade(s) Do you Like....

Hard to pick, but I'm going for 1940s - 1960s. At least when I watched the classic movies, I always noted the outfits. They often look both very comfy and very classy, and the materials look wonderful. Actually I consider 60s as very fun loving decade, at least from the footage I've seen - movies an...

Re: A cure for cancer - Burzynski

When I was young cancer was rare and you knew someone who had it or died of it , nowadays due to a lot of stuff like diet , pollution ,radio waves and so on everyone gets it and/or knows someone who has been affected. I actually have wondered for a good while now if cancer is in fact a modern disea...

Like the ten topics' maximum display wasn't enough...

Now some users are blatantly spamming in the Salesforce IMVU forums to get to the forum leaderboard, even if the leaderboard is quite pointless. We already have to bookmark or link to the topics we want to later return to because otherwise they slide down quickly and there are no public pages for th...

"Thank you for letting us know that IMVU fears our migration."

Then why don't they actually act like it, and take the community's wishes into real consideration instead of making hasty rules to hush hush about the mess that was caused just because they didn't do it.

Healthy desserts (low to no added sugar)

Expect this thread to include a lot of fruits and honey! Here's what everyone can enjoy, even those with special diets. Here's the first one, it was an easter hit of mine - it disappeared into the mouths pretty quickly. No Bake Fruit Cheesecake For overall recipe: 450 grams of fruit, puréed - The fr...

When I read the thread title, I laughed. I guess it's funny to have a mischievous actor but it gets annoying in the long run.

Re: People win your Custom Creations on Daily Spin

This is the reason why I haven't played Daily Spin. Some say that also the Hidden products are affected - the others that it's "only" Display Only products that are counted in.

Well if Hidden products are affected, imagine how many now randomly have a UFI stick. :o

Forum Game: Chain of Artists

To be honest, I didn't know where this thread belongs, to here or Arts, Fashion and Entertainment . It's a game with a purpose. Post any artist - musical, visual or performance artist. However, there is a drill. Each name of an artist must start with any letter from the previously posted artist. (Wh...

The cure for racism

Since this thread sunk down fairly quickly in the new "forums" of IMVU and only had two replies before it did, let's see if the topic holds better here. I have been wondering about it lately - can a racist be cured of racism? Or is just hard, if not impossible to accomplish? Let us start from the ve...

Not being active in politics - good or bad?

At times I feel like staying as a so called "sleeping voter" is fairly tempting - politics can get so insane that I often feel like I've had my fix on it and should stay truly neutral. But then again there are places where not voting is being fined - not that I live in such a place, but anyway... Wh...

Any roleplay setting that you wish to see more in IMVU?

IMVU has always had it's share of roleplay settings - medieval rooms, kingdoms, elves and vampires of various franchises and epics for example. But what do you actually wish to see more?

I block and ignore. That would be it, no need for complicated what ifs... they're not worth wasting your breath on. If they will rage about it, let them rage. This is an indie game that I came across when I was a sail in a good breeze of interest on sailing ships. It's graphics are beautiful, realistic. The ship even behaves like it should in relation to the wind. The Beauty Of Naval Action (Fan Made Trailer) Naval Action- Redcoats vs Pirates Epic battle ...

I watch Twitch sometimes. In my opinion, no other site does it better what comes to streaming gaming. Elsewhere the moderation is practically nonexistent, and the screen is too small. A forum for Pixel Pusher exclusive files

I was wondering of any of the Pixel Pusher forums were set as "allow to view only when logged in"? I thought that it would be perfect if the one particular forum was about sharing developer files that are meant to be dedicated exclusively to Pixel Pusher community. I ended up with the idea when I th...

Hello, I'm Elaini, so far a very part time creator from Finland, but I refer quality over quantity. I have been in IMVU for about nine years. Elaini is my main, but I have two alt accounts - Galadriel and IceQueen. Somehow I've always come back to IMVU despite the hiatuses - if not in client, then a...
