It's happened to me before. I think it happened when I would use the big yellow Buy button (to buy all I have equipped) and what I had to do was click on each item and buy it separately .

It removes the eye product you have equipped, so it goes back to the default eyes. Normally in client, it only matters if the clothing ID is the same. But my guess is mobile is supposed to be simplified so it just flat out won't let you equip two products that are considered "eyes"? I can log into t...

Also if it helps any, the product works just fine in the client. Only issue is on mobile. I believe I see why as well. The item is classified in mobile as an eye product, and you can only equip 1 set of eyes at a time. So therefore it doesn't let you use both at once. I circled your eye product, and...

Oh yeah, they have for awhile. Most games are downgraded to run on the consoles. I think consoles also run at 30fps (wii-u and switch run at 60fps, but sometimes at 720p). There's a lot of reasons really and being new to it myself, I can't really name the reasons why yet. I'm going to try and make a video soon of exporting simple accessories, animated, and clothing. Hopefully it will help.

From what they've said, they keep tweaking it but won't say when they do. Also users have been saying there's a limit to how many they can do a day? I've had products not pass right away so I believed a staff would take a look at it, but then an hour later they would pass and this was on a weekend. ...
